CLOA is exposed to U.S. dollar-denominated AAA-rated CLO tranches, where performance depends on the credit performance of the underlying senior secured corporate loans and the structural protections built into each CLO. Risks may include credit losses on underlying loans, downgrades of CLO tranches, and reduced liquidity in the CLO secondary market. Although CLOA invests principally in AAA-rated tranches, AAA ratings do not constitute a guarantee of credit quality and may be downgraded.
