nPRIME is exposed to borrower credit and residential property risk through its underlying lending strategy, as well as liquidity, counterparty and smart contract risks. Yield is variable, principal can decline, and redemptions depend on available liquidity and settlement processes.
Underlying risks
Credit and collateral risk: Borrower defaults, weaker housing markets or delays in enforcing collateral may cause losses. Liquidity risk: Underlying lending positions and the conversion of PRIME and wYLDS into redemption assets may require processing time. Withdrawals can be delayed when liquidity is constrained. Counterparty and operational risk: The strategy depends on Hastra, Figure and other service providers for lending, servicing, custody and settlement. Smart contract and cross-chain risk: Vulnerabilities in the vault, underlying tokens, pricing infrastructure or cross-chain systems could cause losses or disrupt access. Market and regulatory risk: Lending rates, token values, fees and legal or regulatory changes can affect returns and access to the strategy.
